BoiseDev reports that Adler Industrial’s proposal for state endowment land near Highway 21 and Federal Way includes industrial space and a commercial component. Documents obtained by the publication describe a phased development approach. Specific commercial uses had not been submitted to the City of Boise at the time of the report.
