Four commercial suites proposed in Barber Valley

The Idaho Statesman reports plans for an 8,000-square-foot commercial building at 3140 E. Barber Valley Drive. The design divides the building into four tenant spaces with onsite parking.

The September report describes a permit application following a July public hearing. The owner anticipated an early-2027 opening; this preview does not establish later permitting or construction progress.
