Brighton proposes more commercial acreage near new Meridian Costco

Brighton Corp. is proposing changes to Momentum, formerly Apex Zenith, at Meridian and Lake Hazel roads. The request would shift another 8.2 acres from residential to commercial use, bringing designated retail land to 63.5 acres and office land to 23.5 acres. Housing changes are also proposed. The changes require city approval; a hearing is scheduled for November 5.
