Thompson Thrift announces 300-unit Nampa development

Thompson Thrift announced The Highline, a 300-unit apartment community within Nampa’s East Ranch mixed-use development. The company expects initial occupancy in early 2028. East Ranch is planned to include residential, flex industrial and retail uses.
