Irontek Plans Flexible Office Space at Downtown Boise’s Owyhee

Hendricks Commercial Properties is developing a 7,584-square-foot Irontek workspace inside The Owyhee at 1109 W. Main Street in Boise. Planned for late 2026, the location will offer private offices, coworking desks and meeting space through flexible memberships. For office owners, the project illustrates an approach to serving businesses seeking smaller spaces and shorter commitments than a traditional lease. It will be Irontek’s first location outside Wisconsin.
