Land Board approves exchange involving downtown Boise parcel

Idaho’s Land Board approved an exchange that would transfer a 0.56-acre parking lot on Bannock Street between Fourth and Fifth streets to ID Real Estate LLC in return for commercial property in Grangeville. Closing remains pending. The state would lease the Boise parcel back for four years, keeping it in parking use during that period.
