Micron commits $11.6 million to expand Treasure Valley transit

Micron and Valley Regional Transit announced an $11.6 million, five-year investment supporting a new regional bus route connecting Caldwell, Nampa, Meridian and Boise, additional park-and-ride locations, and on-demand service near Micron’s campus. Planned stops include Ten Mile Crossing, Boise Airport and Micron. Service is expected to begin in early 2027, supporting workforce access as semiconductor operations expand.
